Choosing a program is exciting but it can be overwhelming at first. I would LOVE to give you suggestions to make this process a bit easier. Think about these 5 questions:

  1. How many days per week can you realistically commit to doing a workout?
  2. How many minutes would you be able to workout on those days?
  3. What is your fitness level? (Beginner, Intermediate, Advanced)
  4. What equipment do you have?
  5. Are you most drawn to cardio, weight lifting, barre, dance, yoga, pilates, low impact, boxing, mixed martial arts?

Answering these questions will narrow down your program selection and ensure we are choosing the best program for YOUR life right now!

NUTRITION

First of all, take a Deep breath! THIS IS NOT A DIET. THIS IS NOT A CLEANSE. YOU WILL BE restructuring your mindset surrounding food!

✨You will have tools created by Nutritionists to change your mindset & outlook on food.

✨You will learn to fuel your body with food that makes you feel your best.

✨You will learn to enjoy food for fun without the shame spiral afterwards.

✨You will identify your habits surrounding food, identify triggers, & create new habits that will lead you closer to your goals.

Things to take note of:

In our group we do not focus on weight loss or the number on the scale. We shift our focus to moving our bodies for joy & recognize how much better we FEEL after. Breaking up with the scale & divorcing the diet culture is not easy but please trust this process. You will reach your goals & live in a body that you are so proud of.
