A challenge group is a tool we use to create consistency in your life & form new, healthy habits. Have you ever worked with someone who was extremely motivating, who reached their goals monthly, and helped their team do the same? Their drive and determination becomes contagious and it pushes you to level up too. That feeling that you get when you surround yourself with people who want to see you succeed and believe in your greatness… that’s why challenge groups are so important.

These workouts are hard. Some days you don’t feel like following through with the promise you had made to yourself. On those days, being in our challenge group will motivate you to follow through with your commitment.

In the challenge group we focus on your mindset, share successes and struggles, and create a positive support system that you never realized that you needed. 

The other challengers turn into friends that you make plans with to go on vacation with together, share funny GIFs with, and love YOU exactly as you are.
